At Lee Aura, we strive to provide top-quality genuine leather products and a great shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:

The product is damaged or defective upon delivery

You received the wrong item

The product is unused, in original packaging, and you contact us within 3 days of delivery


We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Items damaged due to misuse

Products that show signs of wear or use

Customized or discounted products (unless defective)


2. Return Process

To request a return, email leeauraindia@gmail.com with:

Your order number

Reason for return

Clear photos of the product (in case of damage or defect)


If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via Razorpay, our secure payment partner.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

You’ll be notified by email once the refund is processed.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at leeauraindia@gmail.com.

After the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Double-check your bank or Razorpay transaction

Contact your card provider or bank—it may take some time to reflect
